Preventing Sleep Mode

There are two things you can do to prevent Quest headsets from frequently entering sleep mode:

1. Adjust Quest Settings

• On the headset, go to Settings —> General —> Power —> Display off
• Select 4 hours from the drop-down menu

2. Cover the Proximity Sensor

• Use a sticker or piece of tape to cover the proximity sensor (indicated in the image below)
• This prevents the Quest from going to sleep when the headset is not being worn
